What happens to my existing website?
We work with your existing site — WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or custom-built. We take over hosting and management, or install the AI widget alongside your current setup. Either way, nothing is lost.
Do I need to change my hosting?
For the full managed service, we host your site on our infrastructure (fast, secure, UK/EU-based). This is included in the price and works with any platform. If you prefer to keep your current hosting, we can install the AI widget on your existing setup instead.
What if I want to cancel?
After your minimum term (3 months for Core/Growth, 6 months for Pro), you can cancel with 30 days notice. Your website and content remain yours. We will help you transition to a new provider if needed.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are live within 7-10 days. We analyse your site, build the initial knowledge base, configure the AI widget, and go live. You review and approve everything before launch.
What does the monthly report include?
The report includes: top queries visitors asked, content gaps identified, enquiries received, trending and emerging topics, satisfaction scores, conversation paths, changes we made, and prioritised recommendations for next month. Growth and Pro plans include deeper trend analysis. Every report comes with a shareable link you can forward to your team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. We will always recommend the plan that best fits your needs.
