Service Description
PromptMySite provides AI-powered website management services including managed hosting, AI conversational widgets, content generation, and monthly reporting.
Service tiers (Core, Growth, Pro) have different feature sets as described on our pricing page.
Client Obligations
- Provide accurate business information for knowledge base setup
- Review and approve monthly content updates in a timely manner
- Maintain ownership rights to website content and domain
- Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes
Payments & Billing
- Fees are billed monthly in advance
- Setup fees are payable upon signing and are non-refundable
- Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days notice
Minimum Terms & Cancellation
- Core and Growth plans have a 3-month minimum term
- Pro plan has a 6-month minimum term
- After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days written notice
- Upon cancellation, we will assist with website transition
Intellectual Property
- Your website content remains your property
- AI-generated content created for your website becomes your property upon payment
- The PromptMySite platform, widget, and technology remain our property
- You grant us a licence to use your content for providing the service
Limitation of Liability
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep your website available and secure
- We are not liable for losses arising from third-party service outages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months
- We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance
Data Protection
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
We act as a data processor on behalf of clients for visitor conversation data.
Data processing agreements available on request.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms with 30 days notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be communicated by email
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
